Yao Won't Bow

With all due respect to documentary directors Adam Del Deo and James D. Stern, this is the Year of the Yao. Houston Rockets supastar Tracy McGrady's back continues to give him fits and threaten the longevity of his career — not to mention the team's playoff hopes. Meanwhile, Yao Ming is on a quiet tear, scoring 38 points with ease, even in losing efforts. So sure, maybe the Seattle Supersonics, in town today, will drop a ton of points on us. And Sonics phenom — and Houston native — Rashard Lewis will show us once again why we should've drafted him. But watching Yao come into his own amid a crumbling season is worth the ticket price.
