This Chinese restaurant lies far from any fashionable restaurant row, but the quality of what comes out of the kitchen could rival that of almost any of the food temples in either of Houston's Chinatowns. The roast duck is astonishing and theatrical; the fillet of fish with mixed vegetables is so ethereal, it's hard to believe it's fried.
